An all around fantastic product!, February 11, 2012 This review is from: Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins, 180-Count (Health and Beauty) The genius behind these multivitamins is that they are much more than just vitamin pills. You really cannot compare this product to any other multivitamin on the market. The amino acid blend in these pills almost push it into the category of a workout supplement instead of just nutritional vitamin. It is also somewhat of a natural hormone/libido booster when you really investigate every ingredient. I have been taking longjack extract, Longjack 200:1 Bulk Powder 50 Grams in order to increase my testosterone levels, and since I have started taking Opti-Men, the effects of the longjack have become even more evident.
I think this may be due to the saw palmetto and l-arginine found in these mulch-vitamins but whatever it is, I have been feeling stronger, more energetic, and my all around performance has improved tenfold, if you know... Read more

Good multi, August 4, 2011 By This review is from: Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins, 180-Count (Health and Beauty) Superb multivitamin for an affordable price. Very potent and strong. Daily dosage is in 3 pills. I feel much better when I take these regularly. When I lay off of these for a while, I don't feel as confident or energized. However, make sure you EAT with every pill. These pills pack a punch, and if you don't eat with each serving, they will really upset your stomach. Not so big of a deal with afternoon doses, but morning doses for sure! Buy it!

The regular serving consists of taking three (3) vitamins a day, however, I think that this is overload. Also, if you take two (2) rather than three (3), your bottle of 180ct will last for three (3) months. Thus, I only take two (2) a day, but still get well over my daily recommended allowances for every vitamin and mineral necessary to maintain a healthy life. These multi-vitamins also have special blends of amino acids, herbs, fruits/vegetables, and enzymes specifically formulated for men, just in case you don't get to eat your daily recommended intake of the suggested "well-balanced" diet.
You will absolutely feel the difference when taking these multi-vitamins for the first few days (like more alertness and more energy). However, one side effect is that these multi-vitamins will turn your urine a bright neon yellow within the hour after you have taken... Read more
